We had a lovely weekend stay at Pine Tree Villa and would certainly stay again. The property was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, meeting all of our needs. It was a bonus to have milk, tea/coffee, and welsh-cakes provided for us. The electric radiators were effective in keeping us warm during the chilly October nights. The allocated parking space was conveniently located close to the chalet. The nearby Victoria Inn pub served delicious curries, steak, and fish. we had a very enjoyable experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

our recent stay at pine tree villa in roch was absolutely perfect. it exceeded our expectations and made our city holiday extra special. the villa was spotless, well-equipped, and the electric radiators kept us cozy on chilly october nights. the peaceful surroundings and short drives to st. david's cathedral and the beach were a wonderful bonus.
No nearby footpaths for short walks.

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy and well-equipped chalet in a peaceful and beautiful setting. The owner was helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great, with a short drive to the excellent St David's Cathedral and a quick walk to the beach.
Menu for breakfast could have had more variety.

We stayed at Pine Tree Villa for a short getaway and had a lovely time. The chalet was spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and cozy with the electric radiators. The owner was friendly and accommodating, even allowing us a later check-out. The location, although a bit remote, had beautiful grounds and convenient parking. The thoughtful touches of milk, tea/coffee, and welsh-cakes were a welcome surprise. We also enjoyed dining at the Victoria Inn, just a short drive away. a comfortable stay with everything we needed.
We recommend this hotel.
